Work Sentry allows client companies to monitor their employees and freelancers during their work. The Work Sentry Time Tracker supports five distinct user roles: Owner, Executive Manager, Project Manager, Employee, and Project Viewer. The access to your Personal Data varies according to these roles:

  • Owners and Executive Managers: Have access to all workspace data, including productivity reports, attendance reports, activity level reports, screenshots (if enabled), and other related information.
  • Project Managers: Can view their own data and project-specific data if they manage that project.
  • Employees: Have access only to their own data, including their activity and productivity reports.
  • Project Viewers: Can view data relevant to projects they are assigned to but cannot make changes; they can only observe.

The data may include, but is not limited to, productivity reports, attendance logs, activity summaries, screenshots, project and task details, time-tracking records, real-time updates, application and website access logs, and other related reports collected to facilitate employee monitoring, time tracking, and project management.

2. Use of Third-Party Tools

To enhance the functionality and operation of the Work Sentry Time Tracker, we utilize various third-party tools for data storage, analysis, email communications, live chat support, payment processing, and ad management. These third parties may have access to your Personal Data but are contractually obligated to use it solely for providing their services and not for any other purpose
